Grace and Peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! We have truly been blessed! We are blessed in that God has made his call for our lives (for the moment) clear to us. The church that we have been called to serve (First Covenant Church in Anchorage Alaska) has been welcoming and a wonderful environment for us both. Second, we are blessed with a beautiful daughter. Madeleine, small as she is (even though she is growing continuously), she is a wonder to behold. We are deeply amazed at the love we feel for her and enjoy watching her learn everything. So many things she does, whether little or large, make for much entertainment and joy. As for Kate, she's really enjoyed staying at home with Madeleine and just focusing on being a mother. She loves it. As for Phil, he is really enjoying being the Youth Pastor (Youth Group Webpage). The youth at the church are great and Phil has really enjoyed working with them and getting to know them better. We are both very excited to be here and to share in the ministries taking place here. I've gotten involved with the worship media ministry at the church, actually, I'm pretty much in charge of the whole thing, which has been a real blessing. Since a lot of you are pastors/youth pastors, I thought you might be interested in a website I found for worship media: Midnight Oil Productions. Here's a little blurb about Midnight Oil Productions: Telling the Story in a New Light through professional-quality worship media that your church can afford, and inspiring one-day seminars on the use of media in worship. I've been using this company for a few months now, and I've really enjoyed the products and the quality of the products. At First Covenant Church we use a software called Easy Worship, and Midnight Oil has pictures and videos that work with Easy Worship. I love it. So, just thought you should know.
